SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Non-Florida residents are responsible for determining if their state laws allow spirits to ship into their state. Each state has their own laws and regulations related to these products. Please check with your appropriate agencies. Each individual accepts responsibility for their state verification.
Terms:
We prefer to ship to a business address.
No purchase of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products will be made to any person under the age of 21.
Products cannot be shipped to a APO, FPO, PO Box or international (except where legal and permitted).
We will arrange shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of legal actions.
All products are sold in Florida, with title passing to buyer in Florida.
Please ensure that someone is at the establishment at time of delivery.
Should any product be damaged during shipping please contact us by phone or e-mail. Please note that damaged product/s must returned to us to receive refund. Leak is not covered, there is in no way we could guarantee no leak, especially most bottles are hand made and they are not screw cap, but please let us know and some of those we could ask the importer for help with (we do pack very well and those issue seldom happen). Additionally extreme summer heat can cause bottles to pop open due to pressure building up. This is also not covered by us and will be at the risk of the recipient. But again ,please let us know if this happens. Finally any scratches and broken seals will not be covered. This can be caused during shipping and is out of our hands.
We do not refund for stolen packages. Please ensure someone is at the establishment to receive your package at point of delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and photo proof. Shipping fees is not something we could recover, we work on behalf of you to recover whatever we could.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for delivery. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days, with standard ground shipping taking an additional 3–5 business days. All alcohol shipments require an adult signature and valid 21+ ID upon delivery. Please note that UPS and FedEx now only make one delivery attempt for alcohol shipments before packages are held for pickup or returned to sender. Any required reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
All Florida residents are subject to sales tax on taxable product.
All shipping times are working days, Monday thru Friday. Most orders will be shipped as soon as they are verified; however, some orders will have delays due to availability. When ordering, please make sure that your billing address matches the address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you.
Orders will not be shipped until address and age verification can be obtained. Occasionally, some items are out of stock and will cause a few days delay, some items do not show backorder status on the web so we suggest that you call the store for availability before you submit your order.
Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email retail@horsesoldierbourbon.com so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company.
All post purchase bottles (offer revealed after checkout of initial order) must be shipped to the original address of the first order. No exceptions.
